For my taste the hint of vinegar is a bit too strong, however the product remains very appetizing (tolerance to acidity is subjective).
You can absolutely see that it is a natural product made by hand.

I have always made them at home but I must say that the version offered by this site is very particular. You practically finish a jar immediately, because one ring leads to another. The pungent flavor of the onion is not noticeable, but the sweet and sour contrast is noticeable. Truly excellent compliments!
