The artichoke, with his original shape this ingredient is very used in the mediterranean diet. It is rich in fiber and iron and it has several antioxidants properties.
For our product we only use the “artichokes hearts” wich are the most noble part of the vegetable.

It can be used for several recipes for every occasion: for a delicious appetizer, with meat, cured meat and fresh or aged cheese.

They are conserved in extra virgin olive oil they maintain all their flavour and delicacy: therefore they can also be used as a seasoning for pasta, pizza or for your favourite savoury cakes.
